Massage therapy is the direct manipulation of the soft tissues of the body. Many massage techniques are often performed with the palms, elbows, palms, forearms, shoulders, feet, or perhaps a device called a fingerless gloves. The main goal of massage therapy is to help with the healing or chronic pain of the individual. Sometimes, massage may also be used to stimulate areas which are having pain or tenderness also.
